Our daily workouts utilize CrossFit’s method of constantly varied, functional, whole-body movements. These workouts can be scaled to optimally suit any level of fitness, and to provide appropriate intensity. We have highly skilled, professional instructors on hand to take you through every workout, and to ensure that all training is done in an efficient and safe manner.
The “WOD” is the “WorkOut of the Day.” Each day a new WOD is posted to SugarWod, our workout tracking app and community. Workouts are designed to be broad and inclusive, and often follow the format of a strength or skill, followed by a metabolic conditioning exercise for conditioning. Workouts are periodized to ensure that members are working different energy systems and muscles throughout the week.
